will be billed. I cannot guarantee that every piece is still available so if you have second choices please include them with your order. Shipping charges will be added to the total. Retail orders shipped within California will be charged 8.75% sales tax.

Orders under $1000 will be shipped by insured US Postal Service Priority Mail
(2-3 day). All orders over $1000 will be shipped Fed-Ex 2 day express. Most orders can be shipped USPS Overnight Express starting at $14.65 + insurence upon request. If you have specific shipping preferences please include this information with your order.
GIFT WRAP:
If your purchase is a gift you may have it wrapped with a bow for no extra
charge as well as a short personal message added. Please include this
information with your order.
PERSONAL MESSAGE:
If you would like a short personal message added to your gift, indicate it in the order information field. This applies to gift certificates as well.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Amy O'Connell Jewelry Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount over $20 by using the secure order form. In the "Shipping Address" field put the recipients name and physical address. A card will be sent in the mail with a gift certificate # and amount. Gift Certificates are not transferable.
To redeem a gift certificate fill in the "Gift Cert. Number" field of the order form. If your order is over the certificate amount enter your credit card information to cover the balance, or you can pay by check. Your order will be held 1 week until the check arrives. If you spend less than the gift amount, your balance will remain on account.
GIVE ANYTHING.COM GIFT CERTIFICATES:
GiveAnything.com gift certificates are redeemable for all jewelry and stones. Use the "Gift Cert Number" field of the secure order form and enter the certificate number like a credit card.
WHOLESALE INFORMATION:
If you are retail gallery or store and are interested in carrying my work please contact me for complete wholesale terms. All prices on the website are keystone. Loose stones in the Rock Shop are also available wholesale to jewelers and jewelry students. Wholesale orders can be made directly from my secure order form. Include your company name and tax ID#. RETURN POLICY:
I guarantee the craftsmanship of my work and that all descriptions
on this site are accurate. If you decide you do not want the order
after purchase, you may return it within 1 week. I will only
accept returns on items in original condition. The price of the
jewelry or stones minus shipping charges will be refunded.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Many of the designs on the site can be made with a variety of
stones or combinations. I have a large assortment of stones
not listed on the site that can be cut to order made into jewelry. If you have questions or special
